About Me

Hello, my name is Kylie.

I am highly-motivated, extremely professional and exceptionally organised.

Educated to BSc level, my working life began as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor. This instilled in me the importance of motivation and determination; two qualities which I believe are required by budding entrepreneurs and start-up businesses alike in order to thrive.

For the last 15 years, I have become considerably adept at working within administration support and customer service. This has included managing my own administration team, servicing high profile clients throughout Europe, Middle-East and Asia (EMEA) and working to a very high standard, meeting tight deadlines and adapting quickly to unexpected circumstances.

For a short time, after a home relocation, I supported and managed training events for Children’s Services within the local council, thus ensuring the highest standard of training for support staff within schools.

Most recently, I have been employed as an HR & Academy Co-ordinator in a local primary academy. Within this role, I ensure that the day to day activities of a busy office run smoothly and effectively, enabling teaching staff to perform their roles efficiently. This also requires the regular submission of reports to the Department of Education, and completion of up-to-date, accurate and timely assessment data to ensure children’s progress is conveyed with precision.

A positive attitude is the key to successful completion of tasks and I hold this belief in high regard.
